CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your interest in Queen Sugar Studio, and look forward to servicing your hair removal needs. We are accepting new clients, and are excited to help you begin your sugaring journey with us. We take pride in our work and strive to bring you the SWEET SIDE of hair removal! Each of our service providers are highly skilled and capable of providing you with the experience of a lifetime! We charge a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee for each booking. This fee will be credited to you at check out, however, if you cancel your appointment or are deemed a NO SHOW, your booking fee will be FORFEITED. Should you reschedule your appointment, your fee will transfer to the new booking date. The system will not allow reschedules or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the service booked. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us via email, text or phone.
